It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Good, now start putting teeth under your pillow and write letters to Santa every year too while you are at it. Don't break and mirrors or go under any ladders and especially don't step on any cracks as it will break your mother's back and you don't want that do you?The football Gods did everything to prevent the Pats from getting into the playoffs and even after a valiant 11-5 season, it wasn't enough to get in. I have never seen so much working against a team who got to 11-5 and still didn't get into the playoffs.
Curse? It's only been one season and there is no curse. Get over it. We didn't get in but at least we had a good run.

as the superbowl curse tradition refers to the notion that most teams have a LOSING season the year after losing the SB, the Patriot season actual broke with the curse.
Couldn't have said it any better.I officially believe in losing out in games due to poor execution and lack of discipline in key moments.
The Belichick mantra is to replace one missing part with another and the expectation to do your job, no matter who is surrounding you.
Sure the injuries were a key part in the cog, but the dropped catches, the failed plays, defensive meltdowns and the unnecessary penalties contributed to us missing the playoffs, not some stupid "curse".
This season has proven that with good coaching and the right system, you can win with almost any players out there give a good game plan and good execution. For 5 games, we didn't and that's why we have lost out.
Well done to Chad Pennington and the Dolphins. It's a great "human" interest story with his predicament before the first game of the season. I'm sure the Ravens had a collective sigh when Lord Favrequad decided to give the Fins 3 possessions.
Be proud of the team and be prepared for the onslaught of a healthy and hungry Patriots team in 2009.
Yeah, and black cats walking in front of you and walking under ladders will kill you...please...The football Gods did everything to prevent the Pats from getting into the playoffs and even after a valiant 11-5 season, it wasn't enough to get in. We set a new record by winning the Super Bowl two years in a row..
