This has been pointed out before not sure if it is the same property as before but they are looking for a new home in the area.

But I also recall someone else pointing out and it made sense to me that regardless of what happens the rest of the way the guy is a legend in these parts and will surely be doing plenty of business in this area for the rest of his life. So while it seems a good indication of an an extension it doesn't have to mean anything.

I was wrong there is correlation but now I don't think he can afford it...well certainly not without sugarmama.

You don't want my advice on lottery numbers or anything else that has to do with luck of the draw. I knew they were talking extension for two reasons. Had to after that last restructure and Kraft's tone got oddly stilted when recently asked the perfunctory question about Brady's future. Instead of blathering about how much they loved him and hoped he'd finish his career here he got all tongue tied and a tad circumspect about Tom still playing very well and believing he would know when it was time and trusting he'd let them know too... I said then they were in negotiations...

The land in Brookline story being confirmed today just sealed it was a done deal.

It's thoughtful analysis and prediction like this from Mo and others that keeps me on this site. Mo and others can be cantankerous and strongly opinionated, but essays where the OP defends their reasoning by citing information and not just shouting make fascinating reading whether you agree with the arguments or not.
