That is awesome mate. Good for you.
I'm ready to let my tickets go. Hopefully some rabid Pats fan, like yourself, will take the opportunity to get tickets in the lower bowl as there will be plenty available soon.
Buy and Sell 2010 New England Patriots Season Tickets
The New England Patriots Season Ticket Waiting List is closing in on 52,000. Renewals stand at 98%. As long as the Patriots keep winning it looks like a long time period to go through the season ticket waiting list. I would say approximately fifty years.
I don't think there will be many STH giving up their tix, from the people I talk to. I mean if anyone does I'll be happy to pick them up. I'm in the 200's looking to get an upgrade to 100's. I'll never give up my seats, I'd like to take my son when he is old enough.
The deadline is tomorrow and I'm pretty sure there are going to be plenty of tix available in the 100's and other sections.
If I'm not mistaken I read a post last week from a guy on the waiting list who was offered season tickets. Since the deadline is tomorrow that is kind of odd.
Between my Dad and myself there will be 7 seats available.
Not sure what you want besides :attention:.
Should we :cry2: for you or :woohoo: for the 7 new seasons ticket holders who finally get their wish.
It's April 12th and I can still access my season ticket account. My balance is overdue
I wonder how long this will last?
Do the Pats call me and ask why I'm not renewing my tix or do they offer them up to someone on the waiting list?
Hey fgssand I just noticed in your quote it says your in sec 134, funny I am in sec 134 as well row 21. too funny.
My husband wanted to give ours up, but I wouldn't let him! I am late to the party here, but if it's hard to keep paying, you could think about selling some games to your company and/or your friends at face value in order to cut down on the cost. There's nothing like being there, even though getting there has become a pain in the butt.
We recently completed the season ticket renewal process and have not received your payment for the 2010 New England Patriots season.
We understand the commitment it takes to be a Patriots season ticket holder, and understand if you have chosen not to renew. We are saddened to lose you as a Season Ticket Holder, but thank you for your past patronage.
We will close your ticket account and reassign your seats to other ticket accounts effective April 23, 2010...................
I wouldn't buy season tickets obviously since I live in NS (unless I got super rich and then they'd be skybox tickets)
But to comment on the whole being there vs watching on TV thing I'd like to visit Foxboro some day just because I believe it's a pilgramage every Pats fan should make. But if I lived in the area I'd consistently much rather watch on TV. #1 it's a Hell of a lot cheaper, #2 you get commentary and instant replay, pregame and post game shows and are able to more easily watch other games that effect the Pats before and after the Pats game. #3 it's far more comfortable, #4 I don't get gouged by food prices, I can make my own snacks and feed my whole crew for the same cost that I by myself would pay to get food at the stadium, not to mention the booze prices, the hassle of parking and driving and wading through other people, running into opposing fans, etc. #5 it's a Hell of a lot warmer in Nov/Dec in my apartment than it is at Gillete. (I do have mad respect for the people that brave the elements to go to the games and cheer tho, I couldn't do it, so I salute you) #6 if I wanna go to the bathroom I don't gotta walk for 5 minutes and open the stall to see a big soggy log some jackazz didn't bother to flush and pizz all over the seat. (Unless I was drunk the night before)
I enjoy going to live sports every now and then, but for the most part I'm a watch it in the comfort of my own living room kinda guy, but hey everyone is different.
