By the way, even the staid New York Times is starting to pile on Rexy and the Jest:

Pats fans are rooting for the Jets against the Broncos? I don't like the Broncos, but I hope they trash the Jets to the tune of a 4 TD blowout.

Really? I'm surprised. The Jets are no threat to anyone. Even if they beat Denver, they're still going to suck.
We need Denver to lose games for play off seeding. Playing in Mile High sucks.

I hate every team in our division, for the most part. I'll root for the Donks to lose in every game except three.

I want the Jets to win.

We need them to go at least 6-10 so that Rexy keeps his job and the laughs coming.

Some of us are looking at the bigger picture. I'd love the Jets to lose every game. The problem with that is that they would then have an excellent chance to be rewarded with Mariota. We need them to win a couple of games.

So, let them beat the Broncos and help the Patriots out in the process. They can go on another 4 game losing streak after that.

Yeah, sorry. I can't do it. I hope they win just enough to where they lose out in the Mariota and Winston sweepstakes but I can't actively pull for them. Can't stand that team.

The Jets aren't my #1 hate team. They're just my #1 divisional laugh at team, with the divisional fan base i most enjoy watching suffer. I'm not even sure if they're relevant enough anymore to be my #1 divisional hate team. Dolphins really bug me lately, all trying to get better and stuff.

My #1 hate team is whoever is challenging us for the AFC. It used to be the Steelers and the Colts and then briefly the Jets in 2010 and '11, then the Ravens, now Denver.

Also, Peyton sucks

I'd rather not risk the possibility of Mariota getting paired with a decent HC of the NYJ. It's bad enough that we've had to suffer through the NYG having the Manning brother who doesn't choke his ass off in the playoffs.

The suckage that is the Jets will overcome whatever inate talent Mariota enters the league with. Besides if he has any sense at all he'll pull a John Elway or an Eli Manning and refuse to play for the Jets.

Rex ruined quarterbacks though. A QB drafted to the jets was the kiss of death. I thought Geno was a bust the moment the Jets drafted him, but Sanchez had the potential to be their best QB since Namath and they ruined him. Someone might bring up Pennington but Sanchez made some nice throws in the post season, unfortunately. He probably should have become a top 10 quarterback.

The Jets destroyed that guy.

Sanchez was garbage from day 1. His being a Jet made him look better than he was, because that defense was able to cover for a lot of his screw ups.
