He's a true freshman, so we have plenty of time to bake some brownies for him.
MariGOATa is the best QB in the nation. If enters the draft he should be the #1 QB..
Explain why I should ever take Marqise Lee in the first round when I can get Brandin Cooks in the second. I'll wait.
I think if any QB knocks Bridgewater off the #1 QB spot it will be Mariota. NFL decision makers will be salivating at his potential and rare athleticism and thinking RGIII (although he's nowhere near the complete QB RGIII was coming out).
10. Ryan Carrethers, Arkansas State, DT: A 2012 First Team All-Sun Belt Conference player, Carrethers certainly seems like he could be a force at any league in college football. The redshirt senior, who will be playing for his fourth head coach this fall, isn't just some sloppy, bad-body guy. His 16 percent body fat for a guy measuring in at 6-2, 332 is impressive. As are his 400-pound power clean, his 664-pound squat and 400-pound incline bench press.
"Ryan was a state champion heavyweight wrestler in Tennessee his senior year, which has translated to him being a fantastic defensive lineman that has started for three years on the championship Red Wolves teams," said Jeff Pitman, Arkansas State's strength coach. "Ryan can more than hang with former all freak team members I have coached. Examples are Daryn Colledge at Boise State and Nate Solder at the University of Colorado. Both [players] have had great NFL careers."
11. Travis Swanson, Arkansas, center: Arguably the nation's top center, the 320-pound Swanson has already wowed the new Razorbacks coaching staff. Swanson has been clocked by the Hogs staff in the three-cone drill at 7.39 seconds. (Former Texas A&M star Luke Joeckel, the second pick in April's draft, ran it in 7.40 while Eric Fisher, the first overall pick, did it in 7.59 seconds.) "His movement ability is second only to (Cleveland Browns All-Pro left tackle) Joe Thomas out of linemen that I have worked with in the last 12 years," said strength coach Ben Herbert, who came over from Wisconsin.
Rankings Available TE's in the Order of Who I Like Most:
1. Arthur Lynch, UGA,R3-5 - good blocker, good hands, best TE in SEC, even grew up as a Pats fan in Massachusetts
2. Colt Lyerla, Oregon, R3-7- Athletic freak, can play TE, WR, and even RB, extremely versatile, coming off a bad year with personal red flags that should lower his draft spot, Aaron Hernandez 2.0
3. Jace Amaro, Texas Tech, R2-4- cross between a good blocker and great athletic pass catcher, could be steal later on
4. Jacob Pederson, Wisconsin, R4-7- great athletic route runner with fantastic hands, could be another steal having Brady under center
5. Jake Long, Nebraska, R6-UDFA- great hands, little slow but has had some great college games, sign if undrafted

I just don't like what I see from him, or rather heard about him this year, i don't watch him enough to judgeI watched Fiedorowicz of Iowa a while back and thought his blocking was very good and he was completely under utilized as a receiver.
In our offense, I could see him being everything Ballard never recovered enough from his injury to become.
Dartmouth native, 6-5 254, former #1 Mass. prospectsMight mean jack to BB, but me likey.
Garoppolo's stock is skyrocketing. Babers said when he first arrived he had three people inside the EIU program tell him Garoppolo couldn't play in his system. "They thought I needed an option QB," Babers huffed. "My point was, they don't know my system. As soon as I saw him throw five passes in the spring I knew he was my guy.
"Jimmy's got the fastest release I've ever seen. He's super competitive and intelligent. He's gotten so much better with the speed of the game and being a coach on the field." Babers has given Garoppolo the freedom to run the offense at the line this season.
"He deserves to get the keys to the Cadillac at night. The guy's gotten so much better, it's ridiculous."
On the season, Garoppolo has thrown 28 TDs and four INTs.
League sources tell me they believe Colt Lyerla/TE/Oregon "won't be drafted and will struggle to make it in the NFL"...
The guy has the physical ability without question, it seems he has some maturity issues. He voluntarily took time off to deal with them, which is good IMO, far better to screw up and have the team send to you to counseling/rehab.
I hope he can get his stuff figured out, I'd love to see him contribute to this offense.
Though the evaluator agreed by calling Lyerla’s decision to quit “alarming,” the production and effort visible on video during his 2013 season had already hurt his stock so far.
“It’s pretty obvious that when he’s playing a backside route and he knows he’s not a first or second read, he puts it on cruise control. You can tell when he knows the ball’s not right coming at him he doesn’t want to block anybody,” the evaluator said. “Those things are pretty obvious. You’ll see some guys give their life to block anybody they can but he’s basically just chilling.
