The 2013 deadline for draft-eligible underclassmen to declare has passed. Although declared prospects have 72 hours to change their minds, we pretty much know who is coming out in 2013, and who will be coming out or eligible in 2014. It's never too early to start kicking the wheels on prospects of interest. And I thought it would be appropriate to start with the guy who is probably going to dominate all discussions for 2014: The rare freak who seems to play up to his hype, Clowney will almost certainly come out in 2014 and be a top 2-3 pick if not the #1 pick overall, barring injury of other unforeseen issues. The chance of Clowney being on our radar is probably less than that of the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl next year. Slim to none. But he'll dominate the 2014 draft, without doubt.
