Why would he be so open about his injury? If he is going to be limited why not keep it on the down low so that Brady and Co. will waste time game planning on him?

Ego.

Put it out there how injured he was so people talk about how a) tough he is and b) his poor performance is looked at a different light.

He doesnt care about how leaking the info hurts his team.. its all about his brand.

Based on timing, he was trying to explain/justify his play in the Pitt game. I don't think he was thinking about the Patriots game planning. I imagine the team would have rather had him stay quiet.

Alibi for a sub standard game

Anyone who watched yesterday's game could tell Harris is really injured. Even Phil Simms pointed it out and that guy is clueless.

He had to leave the game. It's not as if he could hide the injury after that.

Because...Kubiak.

If I were Denver I'd match Talib on Gronk.. Talib played some really good TEs tough when he was a patriot.

That doesn't solve the Edelman problem for them.

In other words, Roethlisberger Syndrome.

That was jimmy Graham though. Gronk is a whole lot more physical. If they match up talib with gronk he will be on the sideline by the second quarter.

Likely they match up ward on gronk. And gronk has destroyed him.

If talib is on lafell all game thats a big win for the pats because lafell hasnt done much all season really

I honeslty don't see the hype around Chris Harris Jr.
