Solomon Wilcots "Shocking Belichick interview after the game"

You know, I am sick and tired of this crap. That interview was perfectly fine and the description of it was so ridiculous and exaggerated it doesn't even remotely resemble what actually took place.

Okay, for those in the media? Belichick shoved a photographer. IT'S TIME TO GET THE **** OVER IT AND MOVE ON. He apologized and it's done. QUIT OVERANALYZING EVERY WORD HE SAYS NOW AND QUIT OVERREACTING. It's totally pathetic, the crap that is being spewed at our coach because he doesn't want to play with the media and because of an incident that he has long since said he regretted.

Oh, and who the hell would even want a coach who would gregariously discuss exactly why the team just lost a heartbreaking game seconds after it was over? As someone wise once said, "Show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser."

This guy Solomon was the one with out class to go up to the losing coach and try to bait him with such an inane question...as if BB is ever going to point blame for anything other than what he responded with.
I heard every word he said very clearly.
If this wasn't a set up to try and get BB to start pointing fingers like Polian, or whine about officials, like Polian or say the weather was bad, like Polian, than I'm....Bill Polian.
Oh yeah, and I really loved how they had the zoom in your face camera going on. You know to really bring out the frailty in the emotion of a person.
BB played it real cool and the other guys like Wilcox and the rest come off looking like fools.

Agreed. That photographer deserved it anyway, he was about to go hug Mangini, and he just stepped right in his way. What do you want him to do, sit there and kindly wait for the photographer to move?

big deal is that he didnt praise manning individually or call out the officiating or call out his own players for making mistakes , berate himself and show emotion....because thats what 'classy' coaches do, i suppose.

If anybody should not throw stones about giving a good interview after a loss it's Marino he was the biggest prick in those situations.

BB doesn't like losing and I like that he doesn't. I have no issue with his short answers.

I was just listening to Solomon Wilcots who was saying that right after the game he came over to Bill to ask some questions about losing an 18 point lead and also about the fatigue factor of his defense and he said not only himself but back in the CBS studio Marino,Boomer were laughing and shocked at the way Belichick acted,They said he was almost whining and childish and for most of the conversation sounded like he was at the Dentist getting his teeth pulled because he was mumbling so bad you could not tell what he was saying and was like ahhgahhgahhmmmahhh.

Solomon and the CBS guys said that it was the most unusual interview held by a losing coach in all the years since he and CBS reporters have been doing interviews of losing coaches in the big games.

Did anyone see this and was Bill really talking like he had a dentists drill in his mouth like they claim and was he acting like a child who did not get his way ?

Doesn't BB normally give short answers to questions regardless of the situation (win/lose/press conferences)? Why is this an issue? It's one thing if BB was effusive when he won and then snippy when he lost, but he's pretty much the same in both situations. As someone else said, this is just the media looking for something to knock BB over. Which makes this loss triplely sickening - all the antiPats fools get their chance to gloat.
