Re: China's birth limits create dangerous gender gap
Why won't the 200M man army be from the Middle East or Russia? That seems much more likely given their (lack of) affinity for Israel. I also wouldn't rule out Europe from having the 200M man army, since based on biblical text the anti-Christ comes from Europe.
It's pretty sexist of those feminist researchers to claim that a bunch of single men will definitely cause violence or unrest. China has had a gender imbalance going back in its history when it was one of the richest most powerful countries in the world, but it did not go around invading other countries. Colonialism and imperialism are mostly Anglo constructs. I have also read reports that say India faces a similarly big gender gap, and yet those researchers don't make the same claims, which makes their research potentially propagandist.
Regarding the gender imbalance, way back when, China's males had a bunch of eunachs and monks in society. In modern times, I've read the men (especially in major cities) do most of the cooking/cleaning/child-rearing in order to compete in the skewed supply/demand for women they have over there. I don't envy their situation.
