The fact this is a possibility given the suspension is impressive.

Buffalo and Miami are both 4-4 with the remaining games over the next 3 weeks (in order)

Buffalo: @Sea, @Cin, Jax - If they lose to Seattle and Cincy they drop to 4-6
Miami: @SD, @LA, SF - If they lose to SD and LA they drop to 4-6

I believe both teams will lose their next two games and win the third game on Nov 27th. If the Pats serve court vs Seattle (nice to have this game at home), @SF and @NYJ the Patriots can be the 2016 AFC East Champs on November 27th.

What a great FU to the league! Take our QB, take our picks, overhype our AFC East opponents offseason moves, whatever you want to do and the result is the division is over before people can pull the Turkey picture off the wall and put up ol' St Nick.
