The Colts are raffling off 5 of them.

If you could own a Patriots ring, would you? I don't think I would.

Their value is basically sentimental - representing all the blood sweat and tears the organization put into it. You did nothing to earn it, why would you want it?

I'd feel like a schmuck trying to resell it.

They're too gaudy to actually wear, and too ugly to give to a significant other.

I'm just not sure what anyone would do with one.

If I could win a 50,000 ring I would take it, I would probably sell it though

Its kinda dorky to wear it but they are pretty cool.

As far as not earning it, have you ever attended a Pats game? Ever cheered while they were on defense? Ever bought Pats merchandise?

Then you are a fan supporting the team and your money has gone to the team which makes you a part owner in theory. Players, coaches and even owners come and go. Fans are forever.
