If Cincinnati picks up RB Chris Henry of Arizona or Carolina selects WR Steve Smith of USC sometime in the draft will this make history with two guys with the same full name on the same team?

Can you see it now on a Panthers play call - 2 WR - both named Steve Smith,What kind of additional info should they have on the Jersey #1 and #2? - OR would it say Jr. and Sr.?

Would this be a record with two players of same name on same team?

It could happen, both teams could be interested in these guys in the later rounds, would be interesting at least although we are not sure what the CURRENT Chris Henry will be doing by september, maybe sitting at home suspended for 2007,and should be in the best interests of the league.

i danno...but the names "Chris" and "steve" and the last names "henry" and "smith" are just about the most common names i can think of...so i dont find it TOO weird...
