Now Ben Olsen is another story....

The Raiders will be out of their minds if they pass on Olsen at #1 overall.
I mean seriously, he's that good! Twenty years from now Olsen will be the measuring stick for all TE's. If the Raiders pass on him (I doubt it) surely the Lions will take him, but knowing Millen he'll take that crappy azz Wideout Calvin Johnson. Lets just say if any team in the current top 23 doesn't take him they're out of their minds.

If you're projecting trades, an oft-overlooked fact is that the top 16 picks are saddled with a six-year commitment to a completely unproven player, a potential bust. So if you have, say, a pick in the 12-16 range it could be attractive to trade down for a pick in the, say, 24-28 range to limit your exposure.
