All signs point to a Saturday night game for the Pats!

Redskins at Seattle - 5pm Sat
Giants at TB - 1pm Sun

Looks like NE & GB will get the Saturday games. Indy, Dallas the Sunday games.

Good question. I'm guessing that the league may try to avoid having a team play 6 days later but is there actually a policy or track record supporting this?

I thought it was all driven by TV ratings and network preferences.

I think Tenn will beat Indy and will also beat San Diego.. Which would set up a Tenn vs Pats match up..

If we play Saturday night it would be AWESOME to have Tennessee/Cle have to go to SD for a Sunday game, fly back late then head out to NE for a Saturday game. I'll be rooting big time for Tennessee/Cle next week.

If Tennessee or Cleveland beats SD then that's the team we play.

That's nice but useless as the NFL doesn't use a bracket. The highest remaining seed plays the lowest remaining seed, the bracket shuffles every round.
