Context is fully needed for such a quote, if such a quote is accurate.

Like if Bill was talking about the ability to run in open field, or the ability to crumble under pressure it would be an accurate statement.

Or if Bill made that comment in regards to his draft location and expectations.

Or, the fact the Elway was whiney and demanded to be traded or play baseball when he was taken #1, because Brady would never be like that so again such a comment makes sense
Or when was it said. Year 2 or 3? When they picked him at 199? Meh so what. Year 16? Might be a bigger deal. To your point, there's a whole lot of chit being unpacked here that is without context.

Pierre Woods blunder at 31:50

9 minutes left in first half. Pats arguing with officials as Bradshaw clearly goes after the ball when Woods was in possession.

I hate agreeing with Goodell but he is right that the Rams would have known. It's obvious Senator Sphincter was looking for one outcome only.

"Potential matter of a certain taped walk-through."

Warner really is going to take that right to the grave with him.

Whoa - WTF. Way to show confidence in your coach Kraft.

The more of these you post, the less I want to read the book. I am over the Gate That Must Not Be Named.

I dunno about that. To me, it just seems that Kraft was preparing for the worst.

End of that part of the preview.

Fcuk that guy Walsh

It didn’t occur under 2 minutes, but I’m still searching for when it happened.

I did see Amad Bradshaw at it again with illegal batting of the ball as he and Vrabel were going after a loose ball from a strip sack of Thomas. He was penalized.

I could have sworn it was the end of the first half. oh well.

Feel free to watch the video I just posted and torture yourself.

Book says Kraft one time got Brady mixed up with Kyle Brady. LOL

Yeah. The more I’ve read about Spygate, the more I’ve come to realize a lot of people were infuriated at the way Belichick acted throughout even if they didn’t think the infraction effected games. It does sound like he was on very thin ice at the time.

Jesus that angle on the Capers hire never crossed my mind. News to me.

Which makes the scorched earth 2007 season that much more interesting, looking back

We are talking about an industry with some very big egos. Massive. The fact that he comes off as smarter than everyone else and, for the better part of 20 years with Brady's help, backed it up, has to irk these people. League officials, other coaches, players, GMs... all of it. It's intriguing to be sure.

I think a neat exercise in the future would be to read this book from Wickersham and then any book that Bill puts out back to back. Then you will be able to ascertain the truth.

The entire thing is a huge pony show. Everyone, in every sport, tries to get signals. Signals are changed for big games. This is all BS and they 'll continue to write about so long as there are fans alive that hate NE, BB and Brady. I wouldn't pay for this book because if you do he'll just write another and another.
