Godell said it would be investigated, but no punishment. However, there could be punishment for ticket scalping.

I think Goodell should take 1 first round pick away for each ticket scalped. The Vikings were fined a few years ago for a similar incident, but, for New England, here is the projected penalty:
5 players X 2 tickets each= 10 1st round picks forfeited

New England's next 1st round selection will occur in the year 2019.

Bledsoe wasn't put on injured reserve. He was just injured. If he'd been on injured reserve, he wouldn't have been eligible to play in the AFCCG aganist Pittsburgh after the Steelers went low on Brady.

I didn't even know there were league rules against this but according to Goodell the Patriots had violated league policy regarding this - Which is not a worthy violation to cause any fine or punishment.

Just for the heck of it,I wonder if they will name the player on IR who was practicing?

I will guess it was Ty Law but we may never know who they witnessed on film.

Why doesn't this spineless weasel come out and say "This has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INVESTIGATION and is IRRELEVANT......THIS CASE IS F*(king OVER......WE ARE MOVING ON!!!!!!!!!! Who was on IR in 01.....RB Walter Williams...WR Curtis Jackson...TE Jabari Holloway...OT Adrian Klemm... DL Jace Sayler...LB Andy Katzenmoyer...LB Marty Moore...LB Kole Ayi...DB Ray Hill...CB Brock Williams...DB Ben Kelly...S Hakim Akbar.... Hmmmm chances are GREAT it was a rookie...Curious as to who it was?? Not really that big..but interesting..

Most likely it was a situation where there were numerous injuries at one position and semi-healthy bodies were needed for practice. Maybe there was a run of injuries to linebackers and Ayi was plugged in, or cornerbacks and Kelly.
