Can't think of anyone else. Over the last year or two, though, Logan Ryan has really come on to the point that I would probably over pay some. We've hit on something with this secondary.

James White. A coin toss between Mitchell and Flowers for runner up.

And right when I was about to come in wearing drag in singing "it's raining men"

Seriously though. White, Mitchell, Flowers are the big 3. Cannon & Thuney had very strong games and showed they are here to stay. Solder/Mason underwhelmed and Andrews was a mixed bag IMO.

Branch has been an unsung hero all year (not as much on this board though) and his fumble recovery was huge. Props to Hightower for causing it but someone needs to capitalize and the big man did. Ryan/Rowe on the whole did well. IDK how Jones made that catch with Rowe there. That was incredible and also showed a big difference in athletic ability. I thought Rowe's jump was surprisingly short TBH but still a great play by Ryan/Jones.

Also Jimmy G. 2 super bowl wins in 3 years?. I think we got ourselves a find!

Flowers was the key to getting Ryan to move in the pocket and making him uncomfortable. I'd say him on defense and James White on offense. If not for Brady, White would be an easy pick for MVP.

Anyone with a pair of functioning eye balls already knew James White was really good. He had a similar performance last year in the AFCCG. He's the best receiving RB in the NFL. Incredible hands, great vision, and better at making people miss than just about everyone on this board thinks.

Last night he showed up big time on the biggest stage when we needed it the most, though.

On defense it's hard to figure out without watching the tape again. At quick glance I would say Trey Flowers but wouldn't be surprised if Kyle Van Noy was a bit of an unsung hero as well. Malcolm Butler also had a very good game but he already had his coming out party.

I've got to say that Cannon has had an extraordinary year. I thought that when Vollmer when down, it would be a nightmare. But Cannon deserves a big high five for the year that he has had. I am sure glad the Pats gave this guy a chance after his fight with cancer.

White does not count as he was good last year and great this year. Flowers is one and Mitchel is the other. I think he earned Brady's trust even more today and he will be very very good next year.

Ryan has become a legit number 1 DB. I hope we can keep both him and Malcolm.

Also, whoever we draft next needs to have Malcolm in his name.

In my eyes, it was Trey Flowers, Malcolm Mitchell, and James White.. All three are young kids who really showed up tonight.. And have really bright futures ahead ..
You are 100% correct
