I’d like to think we are more likely to make it to seven than Pittsburgh is. The Steelers are falling apart. AB and leveon bell are complete divas. If you pull that crap in foxboro you get released. Steeler fans keep saying they’re going to get to seven before us but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

I believe we are. For the aforementioned reasons stated.

Is that what Steeler fans are clinging to, these days?

NE now has more postseason victories, more SB appearances, a much better winning percentage, “two” dynasties in the same era (v1 and v2), and 6 rings. I don’t think there’s a debate any longer, but if they want to act like there’s some kind of race to the next one, so be it.

In all actuality, it’s likely one of the reasons (aside from the Michael Jordan debate, which is the new Joe Montana debate—b/c no one can bring that up with a straight face anymore) why Tom Brady wishes to keep playing. If Pittsburgh is dumb enough to feed that passion, it’s just a bonus for us. Kind of like deflategate, which has brought about 4 more SB visits in 5 yrs since the accusations in the 2014 AFCCG. As fans, we should thank everyone for that ridiculousness.

I'll take a BB coached team over Tomlin any day of the week. Coaching is so important. And the Patriots have it.

Patriots need to get a deep threat receiver via the draft or FA. Can't lose Flowers. He's too important. Need another big body on the DL too. If Gronk retires they need a replacement at tight end.

Regardless, I am a happy fan. I don't want to ever say I'm "satisfied". But everything from here on out is gravy for me.

ROFL. If they see it as some kind of race than it started in 2001 and we spotted them 4 trophies in the steroid era. That’s just kind of pathetic, if they’d think about it(they won’t).

I worry about the Chiefs more than the Steelers. I don't think the Steelers will be a serious threat as long as Tomlin/Roethlisberger are leading the team, too much locker room drama and those two have always been the constants.

Before I prognosticate about #7, let me completely enjoy this win and what it means in the big picture of the NFL...

One thing that differentiates the Pats from the Steelers is all of this has happened post salary cap at a time when we were sold on the whole "parity" idea.. if #12 and BB do not make it on the first ballot to the HOF, there is something very wrong here.

No one can threaten the Empire!

To even act like you may will anger the goat

They will be good again next season. But I think they will "regress" a bit. They face the NFC North, Pats, Texans, Ravens, Chargers and Broncos X2.

If the chiefs get to seven before the pats or Steelers, that would be a helluva run.

I’m not greedy, I’m good with six.

The day after Brady & BB win their 6th in 18 years, you’re thinking about another one....smh

Learn gratitude & humility

The Steelers appear to be tearing apart at the seems. Their qb is also aging and has taken many more hits than Brady over the years.

The Pats have 12 draft picks this year and, while they do have a decent amount of free agents, are probably poised to reinvent themselves and come back stronger. I’d say easily the Pats.

The Brady and Belichick GOAT debates were already settled, what this win accomplished was to cement the Belichick/Brady Patriots as the greatest team in football history.

Almost unbelievable, yet completely true.

There are few thing in life that delight me more than witnessing tormented Steeler fans.

Im gonna assume brady and ben will retire about the same time so in the immediate future, we have the clear advantage to take the lead. And I think if Brady does play 2-3 more seasons we do get #7. Steelers are moving in the wrong direction, clearly dropped with the loss of bell and might have to lose brown as well.

Moving forth is gonna be interesting. The steelers are more proven in terms of long term success with different regimes. The krafts do give me confidence though, our last 3 coaches were parcells, carroll , and bb. Be great if we can sustain moderate success like a nyg or Baltimore and keep the lead if we get it.
