Which of these defects this offseason will have a more successful future in the coming years?

It was close between Pioli, Josh, and Matt but I had to pick Josh because he has a lot of pieces already in place on that team unlike Scott on Kansas City, and wherever Matt could end up

Defections, you mean. Defects include such things as the 2008 Detroit Lions.

LOL - You are right,Guys like Pioli and the others deserve more respect - they are not defects but defections

In the short term, definitely McDaniels.

Even if Pioli has a perfect draft, the chiefs are still a couple years off. The Broncos, on the other hand, already have an elite offense. They just need a defense that isn't awful.

We all thought Weiss, Mangina and Crennel would be great but they all sucked at their job.
That's 0-for-3 on the BB coach tree.
It's all about Bill in New England. Good for these guys for making some dough, but none of them will do as well as they did in New England....I think.

Pioli is a sure thing, more than I could say for the other 3... the only question is how long it takes.
