it does look like the wedding story was incorrect in stating when he was fired. according to his bio, " he later joined the New England Patriots of the National Football League, where he served primarily as an Area Scout and Video Assistant from 1996-2003, being a part of two Super Bowl teams and winning a Super Bowl ring for Super Bowl XXXVI."

he probably does have some dirt, and he probably is sick of being a nobody. but he is right in being afraid of the "wrath of the pats" . i wouldnt like to be tied up in court forever either. the fact that he is afraid of being tied up in court however implies that his evidence is sketchy and would pose legal problems for him if he releases it. testimony is a different story however.
But the memo came out in 07 so this is a non-story!!

personally, i dont have much doubt that we stole signals back then. why the hell wouldnt we. In baseball, its considered an art form to steal signals. and untill the infamous 2007 memo, it was the same way in the nfl

I saw PFT link to that golf bio too, but really it doesn't mean squat, cuz it's innacurate too. It's say's;

Prior to passing his Playing Ability Test and being accepted into the PGA/PGM program, Walsh worked in professional football for over 10 years. Beginning in 1995 with the Connecticut Coyotes of the Arena Football League, he later joined the New England Patriots of the National Football League, where he served primarily as an Area Scout and Video Assistant from 1996-2003, being a part of two Super Bowl teams and winning a Super Bowl ring for Super Bowl XXXVI. Walsh then went on to spend one year with the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europe before re-entering the golf industry.

According to the main article I read (by MIke Fish) he said Wash was let go on MLK day in 2003. If that's correct and I'm not mistaken, that would have only had hm involved with 1 SB team not 2. The second NE SB win came in the 2003 season, which is late fall/winter of 2003 wheras MLK Day in in January of 2003. So the info in that link would be bogus too.

Who know, it will all come out in the wash though.

Also, correct me if this is wrong too. Does a 25-30k Asst. Video Guy "earn" a ring too, like a player would. Just how many of those 30k rings get passed out?

Regardless, this Reaper guy says the evidence is on "our side"...what effn' side is that pal? Then he goes on to say that Pats fans have been crying "prove it" all year...Well guess what reaper? We still saying "PROVE IT".

Until you or someone else comes up with any evidence, we gonna just continue to win and pound whatever team it is that you root for.

I agree this isn't a big deal but neither was the original video taping story from the Jets game and we saw how that jay walking infraction was turned into a capital offense by the media.

Read it. This guy is a scam artist. He lied twice in his online resume as a golf pro. First, he claims he was on his college golf team. The college claims no record of that. He obviously used that as a way of getting a gig as a golf pro. Second, he claims to have worked for the Pats thru 2003, when Pioli fired him. But in his goofy wedding announcement, he claims to have left the Pats in January 2002, before the 1st SB. But now he says he was on the sidelines at the SB. Very weird. Sounds like Scott Thomas Beauchamp.

He also claims to have intimate knowledge of the Jets attempting to catch the Patriots in 2006.
