Simple question...

Would you rather see a 2011-12 playoffs without a Manning or a Ryan involved?

Since Peyton is not involved,it leaves one more Manning to go.

I know both out would be awesome, but seeing that the Giants play the Cowboys....at least one of these two is getting in.

As bad as some of the losses still sting to the Manning bros (SB42, 2007 AFCCG), I at least have respect for them. I'm just tired of the Ryan bros blabbing. When they talk s**t, and can't back it up, it's just sweet to see them fail.

Why can't I vote for both? Because that would be the ultimate sweetness!

Agreed. Plus, even though the chances of Ellie getting past either the Saints or the Pack is like 100-1, it could happen (if they win today and get in the post-season)...which means there is a chance that the Ultimate Revenge Game in Pats history - a SB 46 Pats victory over the Giants - could occur.

(You can probably tell from my heavy use of italics that I'm excited about this possibility.)

The psychological damage to Patriot nation as a a result of losing to this man:

could be largely healed in this scenario. Root for it! No? :itsok:

Are you serious ... you really sit around thinking of crap like this :confused3:

Without a Ryan means without the Cowboys.

Winner, winner.... Chicken dinner

I'd have to go with just Rex Ryan. I really would be happy to see the Jets miss the playoffs, especially since we swept the season series.

i hate the mannings even more. at least rex made for fun topics on here. the mannings are boring in the press and madning to watch

DEF NO RYANS!!! and Rex PPUUULLLLEAAASSSEEE stay away froma microphone. We dont want to hear the dribble or do we care..

No way, no Giants, no how.

I'd rather have a Ryan in there because the team that kicked us out of the SB, has people faking injuries and is just generally chippy is not a team I want in there.

Besides, we beat the cowboys...

I miss the Pats/Colts AFC Championship games

I submitted that question to my super computer and it shorted out

I would much rather Dallas gets in. I just can't stand Goober Jr. and the Giants. They've ruined us before, including a loss this season. Who cares about Rob Ryan? He doesn't have a big mouth, and he used to work for BB. Therefore, he is much less annoying.

easy...no ryans.

Well, Jason Garrett supposedly works his players much harder in practice than Wade "lax approach" Phillips did, but the results were the same, albeit worse. At least Wade didn't blow all these 4th quarter leads despite his "lax" approach.

As for the Rob Ryan defense, it was actually really good for a good part of the season until it fell part in the last quarter. At least Phillips's D's here have gotten better as the season progressed.

As for Tony Romo and the rest of the nucleus that grew up around him like Ware, Witten, Bradie James, Matt McBriar, Ratliffe, etc, they only have 1 playoff win under their belt, but they're heading into their 30's when careers go into a downslide.

Well we got neither. Eli is in and so is Matt Ryan

What?? Don't see the resemblance?
