What new rule will Tags construct so the Dolts can get to the SB next year?

1) Any defender that hits Manning, that he feels is excessive, will automatically be hit with a 15 yard penalty and Colts given an automatic first down.

2) If Peyton does not agree with a call / review, it shall be overturned to accomodate his calling.

3) EVERY interception that Peyton throws, should be reviewed and if the defender does not get at least 4 feet in bounds and maintain control for 60 seconds, the INT is overturned.

The Colts will be allowed to have 13 men on offense to give them more blockers to pick up the blitzes. This will prevent the Colts from having "problem with protection" as Manning so elegantly put it after the game.
