Jees. We all agree that the Pats have been somewhat diminished by off season losses of Revis, Browner, Wilfolk, Vareen, and Ridley, and he STILL picks them to be 12 and 4. What's to get upset about that. Don't forget that these are games that are being played on PAPER. And we have to admit that despite the fact the Pats have been on top for all these years, for THIS year at least, its the Jets, Bills, and Phins who have all the "names", and names are how you determine who wins these games in the off season.

The Pats got blown out by the Ravens at Gillette in the WC round in 2009 and also played and won in the WC rounds in 2005 and 2006.

I dont even know where you get the idea that they will go 12-4, needed the Pats to rest their starters in week 17 for them to go 9-7 but somehow they are going to do three games better?!? People can be high on Shady but that Buffalo o-line isnt ging to do him any favors and Cassel isnt an upgrade

NFLN & ESPN are a lot less infuriating when you watch them a lot less...

Agreed. I don't watch ESPN on TV, but in the past (despite knowing that almost all of their material is just provocative garbage to encourage clicks) I would visit their ESPN site regularly. I know, I know, but I just couldn't help it, I'm too much of a sports junky.

Fortunately, ESPN has been kind enough to help wean me off this ESPN.com addiction by introducing a new, horrendous website format that is difficult to stomach, much less watch.

I root for Heath Evans in his "analyst" career because I'm a Patriot homer, and actually think the guy is pretty good on TV, but he's really overthinking this one and should know better.

Its a very simple rule: Even though the Bills coaches and players change every year, and expectations for their success fluctuate every preseason, they are still the bIlls. And in the end, the Bills always suck.
