Drake's development, relationship with McD
Will Campbell hopefully beasting vets his rookie year
WR room - how does it gel, can Diggs be a leader, Kyle Williams, Chism potential
TE - Double H do what they do, can any of these other guys make an impact?
RB - Will Mondre finally take that next step or is he cooked? Henderson potential
Defense under Vrabel with this talent should be fun to watch, Barmore Milton Keion White, and Gonzo/Davis tandem

Overall I'm looking for a team that looks like it knows how to win and is in every game till the end. Effort and accountability without the entitled whatever BS attitude the team has had the past couple years. I think that will be an almost certainty under Vrabel and I look forward to seeing it play out.

Rham for example has been a solid back his time in the league.. 2022 he had a nice season and had over 60 catches. He needs to hold on to the ball and control his ball security. Im sure Vrabel has preached this.

If you wanted to use a similar comparison. Look at the guys on defense when BB took over along with a seasoned drew.. it' gives me vibes of that time. Vrabel was the same age as bb was.
Similar also to when Parcells took over and Drew was starting out.

I'm 47.. I'm 15 years off from retirement. Feels like a sentence

Here’s to u staying on the path! 11 years if I do it at 65 which I’m fairly certain I won’t be able to…prob end up working till I’m 80…

At most, I have 3.5 years. But I’m thinking of taking a penalty and leaving in 2.5 years. At 51 now, I’ll only be turning 54 in the winter of 2028.

Money - for me - will never be as important as time. I’ll get out of the millennial infested workplace and retreat to walking, drinking coffee, and doing my own thing. I’ll ramp up my travelling. Go to Japan and France more often. I’ve also never been to Istanbul, nor Cordoba.

Mannnn that must be nice! Envious! As I get older I’m realizing the same about time. Definitely need more of it…

Getting to sleep a few more hours tomorrow.

I'm HOPING 5 YEARS from now, I'm very envious of you guys that could afford to bail early/WAY EARLY.
I get paid decently, some of you are Rich guys, and I won't be that....EVER.
IS what it is....

Just wanna see some incremental improvements. Would love to see 8 or 9 wins. I’m really excited about Vrabel being the coach.

Also excited about the rookies, I’m hoping Henderson & Williams give this pedestrian offense a jolt. Hope to see Campbell be a good LT. Also hope the defensive additions in free agency give us a top 10 defense. And of course I’m hoping Diggs can be 80-90% of the Diggs we are used to seeing. I still expect Diggs to start on PUP, but when he comes back, hopefully he’ll be ready to be close to what he was. Hell, he was on pace to another 1,000 yard season before he got hurt last year. Excited about year 2 Drake Maye. Hoping that in McDaniel’s offense, he can become a top 15 (or top 10) NFL QB.

Just a lot of exciting changes, it’ll be must watch TV during the preseason.

PBP, for myself I have to make to age 62 to retire with 80% of my pension and that is the max. With the traffic, the everyday grind of work life i find myself wanting to retire more and more. Guess I'll keep playing power ball.

If I could ever have it.. I'd rather have wealth where money makes money in your sleep. You can impact others loves alot more. Some that are fortunate to be in that position don't fully understand how good they have it.. 90% of our stress in life comes from financial worries. Imagine having not to worry financially in life. Your mental and physical health would vastly improve.

At their best, the Patriots were always a well coached team. They went into the game with a game plan, they didn't make stupid mistakes and, when the opposition did stuff that threw them off-balance, they always knew what was going on and looked to make adjustments.

That wasn't the case last season. Yet even with the personnel they had (thanks, Eliot!) there were flashes of potential. The first Buffalo game (in Buffalo) they came out and punched Buffalo in the mouth. Maye, with help from Henry and Hooper, converted key third downs; Stevenson ran well; Boutte made a fine catch for a touchdown. Then the wheels came off: penalties, turnovers -- including that dropped backwards lateral that the Bills just trotted in and scored off.

But you could see it was the coaching, not (just) the personnel, that was the problem last year. With good coaching and at least competent play at left tackle, they should be a competitive team. I don't ask for more.
