Besides a LT, RT, swing tackle, a NT, an outside boundary CB, another RB to be the newest Sweet Feet, a pass rushing DE, center, and a WR1 &2?

What else am I missing?

Another edge rusher (maybe 2), an off ball linebacker, a blocking TE, possibly a center.

Other than that, the roster is looking good.

A shorter list would be what aren’t our needs.

Every coach goes. Maye, Gonzalez, and Barringer can stay. We have so many holes just draft best player available every round.

Premium talent. Need to get 2 in free agency. And, draft 2. Gonna have to do the same the following year and we might be a playoff team.

Start with OT&OG
Then DT (that way trenches will be strengthened)
WR
FS
CB

Then WR in draft (1st round) or OT depending on FA success
Also in draft C, LB, Edge

I think they should keep it simple and address the trenches. OL First, then DL and build out. MLB would also be nice, but you HAVE to start in the trenches.

WR and LT.

Yes.

Other than QB, they need it. Probably OK at TE, but wouldn't pass on a Gronk 2.0 either.

I think this is way more important than specific positions, just need to get premium talent on the team. Specifically about the draft, I would be in on a LT in rd1 if one was really worth it, but I don't think there will be....its a bad year to be this bad with our needs.

Set the board based on talent, and take the top guy that is there when you draft....outside of QB/STs anyone else should be an option.

Everywhere except Staring QB.

because the top tackles have flaws i'm looking at wr or pass rush/dl specifically hunter, mcmillan, carter, mason maybe will johnson or trade back a few spots.

Middle Linebacker. But I would sign Nick Bolton in free agency. Like RB linebackers are a bargain in free agency.

I suspect that that we will be very disappointed with who we might get in the draft.

Maye we'll get 3 contributors with our first four picks, maybe not. Obviously, we'll be trying to dupe teams in allowing us to trade into next year's draft.

That being said, I want a potential all pro in the top 8. My personal preferences are at EDGE and DT, but the issue is talent, no position.

What we do with the next 2-3 depends on free agency. I would hope to add from LT, OT, CB, EDGE, and DT.

I expect to come out of free agency having re-signed or replaced Hooper, Jones and Austin.

I also expect to add 2 OT's, 2 WR's, and one in each of the Defense groups (DT, DE, EDGE, ILB, CB and FS).

Easier to list what they don't need sadly.

QB
CB

That's about it lol

We need 5 good players to become a respectable team. 7 wins.

We need another 5 to become a playoff contender. It ain’t all happening this offseason. This is a 2-3 year rebuild.

It’s kind of a meat and potatoes draft. Which we need. A key element of this draft to me is acquiring a crappy team’s 1st next year. Raiders or Browns? I’d go from 2 to 6/7 without getting any extra picks this year. Because there appears to be a few QB’s at the top of next year’s draft. Who teams will be looking to acquire. Manning, Aller, Nussmeier and Sellers.

I’d sign Tee Higgins and Zach Martin. If we draft a LT in 1st. Like Campbell. Martin can help bring him along and shore up left side of line. You get Drake a weapon too.
Some pretty good DT’s look to be available late 1st. Early 2nd. Williams from Ohio St would be my pick. Nolan from Ole Miss is good too. Walker-Kentucky.

Maybe a FS and CB in 3rd. Sign an edge.
Maybe Josh Sweat. Will have two Top 10 picks next year. Probably. Cap space. And, an improving team poised to identify targets at positions of need.

???
I would consider CB a major need. I would not be surprised to see us make a major signing in free agency or draft a CB in the top 10 or in the top 50.

CB
I suppose that we could be considered all set with Gonz, Jones. Jones. Austin and Bolden.

I don't see it that way. First of all, both Jon Jones (UFA) and Austin (RFA) aren't signed for 2025. And, I'm not all sure tha bOlden is anything more than a solid STer and emergency CB.
