OT: Welker has a job again.

Ian Rapoport?@RapSheet
He’s back: The #Rams are expected to sign WR Wes Welker, source said. Working out final details now.

He should honestly just call it a career. A couple of more concussions and he'll be drooling on a bib in a retirement home by the time he's 52.

He'll probably end up being killed (literally) the next time the Rams play Seattle.

Looking at the NFL this year, and the Rams schedule, and the Rams have an outside shot at a playoff berth. Hell, given the fivehead's history, Wes has at least a chance of playing deeper into the playoffs than Peyton.

Hope he stays healthy, still love Wes and would love to see him wear the red jacket one day.

It was nice knowing you.

Oh, Wes.......

Having your hands or ear touching an electronic device 10-12 hrs a day and plopping yourself on the couch or bed for the remaining 12 hrs with eating, working out, eating, talking to the kids, eating, drinking and eating is a pretty good life and with minimal risk of head trauma

Really hope he got multiple opinions from doctors saying it was OK to play again. Hopes he stays healthy

Well as long as he keeps himself from getting shots to the head, good for him.

I don't see anybody taking head shots at Welker and being known for ending his career.

He just became the father of twins. You think that would give him a clearer view of the "big picture."

So, if he finishes the year as a pretty good receiver and with out a concussion can we blame Manning?

Welker was a great WR for us. But it was scary how fast he declined once he started getting concussions. He should just retire and keep away from stuff where you are constantly getting hit.
