Pats are playing a pretty desperate Jets team. Rodgers looks pretty cooked, so we can expect a heavy dose of Breece Hall to test how soft the Pats are. The Pats are becoming that team you don’t want to lose to so the Jets have extra motivation.

With all the outside noise, Mayo is sweating and desperately needs a win to quiet things down. Another ass kicking at home against the Jets of all teams could cause things to go nuclear.
Tyquan is going to save Mayo.

Except for some really bad drafting and an abysmal choice of offensive coaches one year and completely neglecting the offensive side of the roster.

To some degree Belichick justifiably mortgaged the future while Brady was here to try to give him some weapons - we gave up significant draft picks for free agents. That will always come back to bite you later as the drafted players are always cheaper.
Don't forget draft choices that Kraft didn't fight to get back.

Don't blame Belichick blame KRAFT.

The Pats are down (about as far as they can be) and the Jets are up (well, as far up as they get) and it's no surprise that the Jets are favored. They should be.

If there's anyone who created the cheating label for the Pats beside the NYFL it's Belichick, aka Belicheat. Kraft's issue was him not standing up to the NYFL to stop their nonsense.
You got some of it correct. The Patriots can go lower.

Wish there were an agree/laugh button, because I agree with you. I also uproariously laugh that this is the best the JETE can do with their window open. Poor f'n JETE
They were 2 games better in the standings last year with Zach Wilson. Lolol

.142 Percent in the win column

1.000 in my heart

Listen, this is a tough game... "Booger" Rodgers can take advantage of our lack of a pass rush, and he has receivers who can and most likely will get open...

Doesn't look good for the hometown heroes this week... better days are ahead... but just like your average weatherman, just not 100% sure when we will have a sunny sunday... and i don't even want to think about breece hall running wild... as an aside who the eff names their kid "Breece"... sorry to anyone out there who actually named their kid breece... but its a stupid name

In lieu of a predicted win, let us make fun of aaron rodgers getting some clap for eating his boogers, lol... no matter how bad things get, at least we can laugh at the jete...

video of Rodgers nugget mining operation in action...

some fun reading

I think the Jets win. Their new coaching configuration ought to have a better grasp of things, Aaron's WR binkie will be better integrated into the offense, and the Pats are..a mess.

I think there's a real chance the Pats get their clocks cleaned, which will hopefully convince the Krafts to clean house.

Serious question but why do you think they will play better? What have you seen from the coaching and players (except Maye) that leads you to believe they will play better? Is it the fact that we believe they cant get worse? Not trying to be sarcastic I just want to see where the optimism is coming from.
Well , its just one of the weeks where things dont go the way you see. Last yr after the vegas loss no expected us to beat the bills at home. Plus the whole soft commentary will hit the pride of the players and make the focus(hopefully) . We have been here before many times, previous weeks predict a bloodbath the following week against a better opponet but it turns otherwise. And also its the jets, they are their own mess so it could add to it

I have to wonder how badly they'll get boo-ed by the fans if things don't look good this weekend.
If hall is running all over them in the first half like I think he is.. I expect the boos to come then.

Too bad Polk is not there .. else we could hear some chirping about best hands on planet.
