I doubt that. I don't see any Wild Card team with a 13-3 record. You are more likely to see a team with a losing record make the playoffs than a team 12-13 wins as a wild card team.
Rob, It's not only possible, It is LIKELY that a 13-3 team has to play a wild card game. Out of Cincinnati, Denver and NE, do you really see Denver losing more than 2 more games? Do you think NE or Cinci will lose more than 3? Well only 2 of those teams are going to get a bye.

Denver has only 2 really tough games left (Cinci and NE), and both of those are at home. In fact the toughest road game the Bronco's have is with Pittsburgh. Cinci a tougher road because they have to play both Denver and the Cards on the road. As for the rest of their schedule the only winning team they play right now are the Steelers, and they get them at home, and maybe without Ben. As for the Pats we have to play 3 currently winning teams on the road, and 3 of our last 4 games are on the road on the road. Hard to see us losing more than 3

Bottom line, I can't see any of those 3 teams being less than 13-3. Do you? Weill they are still handing out only 2 byes, so one of those teams is going to be pretty pissed, because I agree with you that is just as likely a team with a horrible record will win a division.

I can definitely see them losing three more games and finishing 12-4. You saw how they looked in aspects of the game this week. Keep in mind outside of the Green Bay game and maybe Detroit every team has competed well with Denver this year.

The Browns almost beat them!

I thought you said a 13-3 team will play a Wild Card game on the road. That is highly unlikely. It is mostly likely impossible. That is what I was responding to. If the Pats, Broncos, and Bengals are all 13-3 or better; none of them will be playing on the road on Wild Card weekend.

I agree that there will very likely a team playing on Wild Card weekend, but they will be home. I thought you were talking about the Jets who would win out to be 13-3 and play on the road Wild Card weekend.

If I misunderstood what you meant, sorry about that.

It's really just a competition between oak, Pitt, buff and nyj for the two wc spots. I feel like if rapist wasn't hurt again the Steelers might be able to close the gap with cinn but unlikely now.
