Nice job by the Bills GM to trade Cassell. He wouldn't have been a 5000000000000% improvement over Manuel, or anything like that.

His firing would send the message that the NFL* isn't going to tolerate clowns as the face of their franchises.
He needs to go back to being a coordinator or position coach.
