40 burger, Pats put a big foot in New Orleans bum bum. Beat down. Diggs get 200 yards!
Not going to happen. I bet you can’t name the Saints safeties. You can’t. I’m not surprised.

Rookie Jonas Sanker. Already talk of DROY for him. #33. And Jordan…can’t remember the last name. It begins with H tho.

But that’s 50% better than you.

Diggs get 85-100 yards.

Were you being hyperbolic? Oh, I get it. Good one.

And Keion White will come in and get a sack. Hyperbolic.

Seriously?
You challenge him to name the Safties and you can't?
Wow.

It's Jordan Howden, who blows, but they don't have a choice because Justin Reid (actual good player) is on IR. The only people that are """talking""" about Jonas Sanker as DROY are the voices in his head, outside of Saints fans on Twitter. He's been fine. 17 tackles and 1 pick in 5 games.

Or, you know Defensive Rookie of the Year in State's head.

Like I said earlier, Saints have a couple of good players, Cam Jordan who's 100 years old, but still someone you have to account for. Carl Granderson's a nice player of fthe edge, Kool-Aid McKinistry is a top-10 (probably top 5) corner in the league.

It's a pretty good defense, but it's not like, top-10 or anything.

We see every week a dozen "good" teams get beaten by team viewed as "lesser than" or at least played much closer than expected. Second, it will be an away game, so it will be more difficult, and every mistake will be magnified.

Everyone who is in the NFL was someone who was the best player in his HS, college. A world class athlete, professionally trained and coached by the elite of his business. If the Pats take this game lightly, they will likely lose.

If they go down and play a largely tight and disciplined game, I believe they will likely win, but if we see a loss in the TO ratio, unforced penalties, and dumb plays we will get our asses kicked. Most likely it will come down to the last 10 minutes of the 4th quarter and which makes the most big plays and fews mistakes in that time frame.

BTW- VERY impressive the work of the OT's against a good pass rush of the Jets. They might have some issues in the interior of the OL, but they look solid at OT based on those stats

I just read Maye has never thrown for 300 yards. Is that correct? It seemed crazy to me at first. But maybe that was Mayo last year and nothing at receiver.

I don't care if they win by one point or how they do it, a win here is huge. Vrabel will have them up and ready to go for his revenge return to Tennessee, so this one is the trap game after the huge emotional win over the Bills. The next 2 after that are at home against the Browns and Falcons. There's a chance here to reel off 5 in a row if they are focused and work hard. It's within their grasp to be 7-2 going into Tampa on Nov 9 if they can be disciplined and consistent. That would be a crazy turn around from from the last 2 years of awful...

It's going to be a very boring game plan that will send the GDT into a tizzy.

I expect it to be pretty run heavy if they can do it, and some designed rollouts. Wear out the Saints D-line, and they must contain Kamara on offense. Do that, they should be just fine. Make Rattler throw 40 times into tight windows. I expect Boutte to have a surprisingly active game.

True, could be the classic trap game
Concentration must be at top level
Vrabel & Co i am sure will do their job

If we go in there and play sound football with minimal mistakes we should roll.

The Patriots learned something about themselves beating buffalo and they should be looking at themselves as a contender. I go back to last season where the whole consensus was " this is a 3 year rebuild " that allows a loses mentality to set in.

Vrabel won't allow it. Winning can become a habit if a team commits to it. I believe this team is committing to the process.

I don't see a let down. Other teams get paid too but this team is hungry and you can tell.

Game will be a testament to Vrabel's coaching. Coming off a Sunday Night prime time win, before the game against the team the fired him. Obvious trap game. Of course, statistically there is zero evidence that trap games are a thing but doesn't mean they never happen.

Saints 1 win they were gifted 5 turnovers and then looking at passer rating against their defense

108.8 (Murray)
113.1 (Mac Jones)
154.2 (Darnold)
113.6 (Allen)
73.1(Dart)

They can't stop the pass if it is not a rookie QB.
The Patriots should roll on offense vs any team that can't stop the pass.
Rattler is playing well, but keeping up with Maye is a tall task. 2 score victory is most likely unless Pats come out really, really flat.

I like that this game is on the road. I'd be more worried about a "trap" game if it was at Gillette for some reason even go back to brady.. we seem to have time where we started slow at home games.

As it always is.. if we don't hurt ourselves we should win convincingly. Vrabel is the best guy with the intimate knowledge of of manage guys after a big win!

I'm hungry Drake..

Can a retooling team coming off back to back 4-13 seasons that lost badly to Vegas and blew the Steelers game having since won all of 2 in a row have a 'trap' game? I'd be inclined to think not, that they can't think so highly of themselves to look past anyone but your point is valid trap games are indeed 'a thing' and a phenomenon unto themselves.

He averages around the 230 a game: that can still win you games if you have a decent running game. We need KW to get it: He's the Big Play WR we are lacking.

Remember too Pop Douglas is in a learning transition currently. We expected better from him: I see a glimmer of hope: if he gets it in McDaniels Offense: the sky's the limit.

What is the glimmer you see? Please share.
