I'm not shocked in the slightest. I've been getting ragged on by local fans here (Philly bandwagoners) saying ohhh you guys got beaten bad by the Jags! It's not NE's year!

My response to them was let's wait and see what happens the next couple weekends, because I expect Jacksonville likely spent most of the offseason gameplanning for that specific game, and then will end up crashing back to earth the rest of the season.

And hey, what do you know!

The Patriots defense played terribly, for sure.

It was also week two. I can't remember when week 2 had been a solid metric for a team. Of course, concerns of our defense stretch back further. But it speaks nothing to Jacksonville's / Bortles' trend. In either direction.
