The goal is to win World Championships.

Tomlin has had teams good enough to at least get to the Super Bowl, but through his incompetence squandered so many opportunities.
I mean, he had one team that was his that was good enough (08's was basically Cowher's team + Roethlisberger) good enough, depending on what you actually thought of that '16 team.

Absolutely agree Ross. The OL has been pretty good through 2 games. Have to definitely give them credit. Moses has battled through injuries his whole career he's a tough player.
He is also setting a great example for the kids

I like that but I think they should also have pictures of losses as well, to motivate.

But it’s interesting
Well, I don’t think they want to do that, you don’t want doom and gloom everywhere. Positive reinforcement, good vibes. I guarantee you they get plenty of reminders of bad play during weekly film sessions and classroom meetings.

For some reason I get vibes of 2021 with this team.. meaning how early on that season we had some struggles but after the Houston win.. went on a run of like what 6 or 7 win streak?

Would luv to see that, hope you're right!

Will the Pats win today? I don’t know who to pick in your matchup. It’s a tough game to pick.

For the out-of-towners:

Early Games:
RED: Cincinnati @ Minnesota (-3); Jim Nantz, Tony Romo
BLUE: Pittsburgh (-1½) @ New England; Ian Eagle, J.J. Watt
ORANGE: Houston @ Jacksonville (-1½); Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta
AQUA: Indianapolis (-5) @ Tennessee; Tom McCarthy, Ross Tucker
Late Games:

Asking on a Pats forum may not be the most objective place to answer this.
I am 0-2 on Pats picks so far.
Picked them to beat LV and lose to Miami.
I'm usually very good staying objective when it comes to picks, but this is a very tough game to pick.
The offense, and more specifically Maye made strides last week. Will that continue against what is surprisingly a very bad defense right now? And also they are down a few starters.
I don't trust Rodgers over a long stretch, but he still has moments where his old self shows up.
I would like to think the Pats front 4 will have him running early and often, and he is not good when he gets hit.
I picked the Pats, and I can objectively back that up with the points I made, but I certainly wouldn't be betting this game with real money, as Pats haven't actually been the model of consistency.

From everything I've been reading, I think this game is all about our Pass Rush

Steelers Oline is dreadful, and they have a old Aaron Rodger there, with guys that favor the medium-long range with Pickens and DK. This year, we have been killed by those 15~ yard plays, if we can get to the QB before the receivers develop, we get the W

Also, their defense is so suspect, so our offense could have another big game, hopefully Henderson gets more touches.

I'm optimistic, don't kill my vibe Pats

Agreed is why I've said Davis needs to step up and earn that contract and hold his own against DK.. I'd like to see Pop get going this game.

Agree 100% and said as much a few times throughout this thread.
Rodgers can still be surgical when comfortable in the pocket, but get him running and he's not the same guy.
I hope we don't need to blitz too often today, again Aaron will see those coming and make the correct read 99 times out of 100.
Start with a standard 4 man rush, and see how the Steelers banged up Oline holds up.
