I just watched the NFL networks presentation of that game.
What a show.
Willies' 4.5 sacks.
Troys touchdown and big hit on a reciever.
Too bad about what happened in Denver. Though the narrator said the Broncos were facing a healthy Pats team as opposed to their first meeting, the reality was that they still had third string players in thier secondary.

Speaking of lockerroom camera shots, there were some great shots on this program with Belichick making a short speech about the next team being real good and the Pats would have to play a lot better than they did that day.

Third string? The only third string player...who used to be third string at seasons start was Hobbs. Other than that there was no 3rd string players starting in the secondary. Screw saying 3rd string with Ellis Hobbs hes certainly first string.

OK. Maybe I overstated but Troy was in the secondary and that means our secondary was still thin.
Plus Rodney was still out.
Lets just say it wasn't full strength.

I think every single regular starter that game (incl. Brady) either was playing with an injury or came off an injury, so combine that with our street FA's and it definitely was a weakened squad.
