That list is correct, except that they have the meaning of the asterisk wrong; they're using it to indicate the playoff teams; the position of every team after the earliest-drafting team still in the playoffs is subject to change.

So the Pats pick #24 unless one of these teams

15 - San Diego
20 - Arizona
22 - Eagles
23 - Minnesota

makes it to the super Bowl which would move the Pats up a slot......

And if SD and one of the NFC teams make it, then it goes up two slots. OTOH, if SD does make the SB, their second-rounder plummets from #47 to #63/64.

Yea, I was about to root for SD in the superbowl as they are the only AFC playoff team picking ahread of us, but then I remembered that second rounder, so I'm back to rooting against them.
