Ty Law & The Dallas Cowboys

I just was reading a few rumors on Ty Law possibly going to the Cowboys. My question for anyone who knows far more about this stuff than I do. How the hell does Dallas keep signing high contract players? What is their cap status that they can have a QB making far more than he should, Owens who I'm sure isn't coming cheap by any stretch of the imagination, Witten, Roy Williams and etc., and still have money to pay someone like Law who has made it clear wants the big bucks?

well they need someone to replace jones, law might not be a bad addition for them. i hope he does not go there though
