Mills' chances of not making the team = ZERO. Of course, that may include the BB redshirt system of finding a mystery injury to put Mills on IR but he will not be cut, so those few 'bubble' spots get tighter for Bam.
Given the age of Brown, the uneven history of Caldwell and the fact that Jackson is a rookie, it appears highly unlikely that Childress makes this team as WR unless Brown retires. When three of your top four WR's have significant uncertainties about them (and I'm not even considering here that Branch holds out for a long time), the last thing that seems to make sense is to add another wild card by keeping a very inexperienced WR like Bam.
Think about Brady having only ONE proven quality WR in Branch who isn't on the verge of retirement and you can see how exasperating the possibilty of a WR corps of Branch, Brown, Caldwell, Jackson, and Childress would be. Where the veteran comes from to fill out the squad comes from I don't know, but I agree with the others here who believe he will be coming from somewhere.
