I would say you could count the mistakes:
Mac over throwing early is not a problem, Mac overthrowing early in the rain is a mistake. He should shed those first games nerves and improve, and did during subsequent drives.
Turnover by Zeke, clearly a mistake carrying it like a loaf of bread in a crowded area. Early season mistake, he clearly knows better.
Bad penalty by Wise on third down lining up in the neutral zone, he knows better.
Boutte thinking he's still in college not getting his second foot down, clearly a teachable moment for the coaches.
Not taking the field goal twice in the 4th quarter and inability of the offense to convert short downs is a learning opportunity for both head coach and offensive coach.
On the final drive Bourne dropped one, Henry dropped one, and Boutte did his LSU one foot down thing again. Three of the more productive weapons on the day all made mistakes.
A learning moment for everyone, you can't let opportunities slip through your fingers.
