I would bet on it even surpassing some Patriots game point spreads last year

Tennessee should be a 22 point favorite


If you actually put this game on after your Thanksgiving meal you may want to reconsider and go play Guitar Hero or Monopoly with the family unless you are one sick diehard football bastard

This game may end up as ugly as the mother-in-law you are forced to invite for the meal and have to look at across the table on this day

The spread won't be too high. I don't know if we'll ever see higher spreads than some of the Pats ones last year. Tennessee will win, and they will dominate, but it won't be a 30+ point blowout. I'm expecting something like 24-3.

culpepper will win this one for the lions. I think he showed he has improved the team in the little time he has had. Really, the titans? Come on, they really arent that good.

To be honest I actually think the Lions have a good shot at home to beat Tampa Bay this week since they have been playing better since Dante had arrived .... and then get crushed on Thanksgiving

The spread will be 17 tops, I think. And even at that point, no team has covered with a large spread like that this season, IIRC. The latest victim of this was Carolina favoured by 14 over Detroit.

I'm definitely going to watch. I watch every game I can anyway, but the possibility of 11-0 vs. 0-11 is just too good. Plus, I like Culpepper and this will undoubtedly be my only chance to see him as a member of the Lions.

But really, the NFL should seriously think about taking the Lions off of Thanksgiving. They haven't been even a decent team in almost a decade. Keeping Dallas on, as much as I hate them, is fine. They're usually a pretty good team and they're very popular. But give the Lions the boot and put on a better matchup each year.

Yeah, no crap man. That has to rank up there in one of the most boring games ever. NFLN is part of the blame, though. The games just don't look great on that station for some reason.

Yes, cheering for the Titans this week. And I will be cheering for them to blow the Lions out of the water next week so the NFL will get them off the THXgiving early game.

Every year the NFC and AFC champions should get to host the THXgiving games. Why have it be the same teams every single year?
