Mod's if this is not the place for this please move: But when thinking of the possibility of a First Round WR in the BB era a First Round WR in 2012 is not so far fetched why based on the success rate from 2006-2011 on First Round WR's unlike prior years WR have been on steady rise yes First Round WRs. This could factor into their thinking when making the decision. Lets look a the success rate for 2006 to 2011 on First Round WR's.

2006 = One Taken in First Santonio Holmes = Hit!

2007 = Six Taken in First.

Calvin Johnson = Greatest ever nuff said!

Tenn Ginn = Too frail and injury prone.

Dwayne Bowe = Calvin Johnson without the Great Speed

Robert Meachem = May be better than regarded should shine with Phillip Rivers. We should have taken him over Merriweather.

Craig Davis = Never saw him play

Anthony Gonzalez = Started out well but injuries derailed career.

Based on players taken except for Davis not bad results...injuries did in Ginn and Gonzalez.

2008 = None take in First

2008 Second Round *notables*.

Jordy Nelson

DeSean Jackson.

2009 Six WR's Taken in First.

Darrius Heyward-Bey = Coming along nicely.

Michael Crabtree = Mystery in Playoffs.

Jeremy Maclin = I think he's Great though hands are questionable at times.

Percy Harvin = Great

Hakeem Nicks = Great

Kenny Britt = Great before injury hope is comes back healthy.

2010 Two WR's in First.

Demaryius Thomas = Kid has serious Talent needs QB to bring hm out *Tebow* not the answer.

Dez Bryant = All world Talent nuff said!

2011 Three WR's Taken.

A.J. Green = Great

Julio Jones = Great noodle arm Ryan is holding him back.

Jonathan Baldwin = Year Two should be telling injury cut Rookie year short

Remember is not where you Draft a player it's if the player is successful. WR looks like a very good position of late to Draft early they have a been hiting at a very good rate latley. The poster Triumph;2985989 made me think of this.
