I just hope that hit didn’t cause PTSD or any other lingering effects.

Also, thought video of that hit showed what I’d seen on other plays, that his form wasn’t great, sort of arm tackling more than taking the body. Hope I’m wrong, or that he gets it cleaned up quickly. Otherwise he won’t be tackling very well, plus I wondered if it contributed to his getting hurt.

I’m hoping I’m wrong/he’s improved, and back 100% from the injury. He was one of my binkies last year, really want to see him come back and do as well as I think he could.

He was having himself a good training camp before that horrific head injury vs Green Bay during the preseason game. Being away for a year was probably a good thing. The safest move long term.

I think he’s gonna challenge to start and maybe the reason they didn’t feel the need to draft another cb. I also was pretty pumped when they drafted him. Length, height and speed. 4.31 at his pro day. Definitely a diamond in the rough ready to continue his journey.
