Actually said he doesn't even think his lawyer believes he can win this. Argument based solely on press release and verbal statements which could be bunk.

Good faith negotiation is the card they will play - saying Pats did not act in good faith.

All action is really trying to resolve.

The key difference between our offer and Jets/Hawks is ours is an extension, theirs start day one.

No way can we give him the money this year as it would understandably upset all the other players.

All I know is when I click on www.espnboston.com opens up to a page filled with 890 logos and then right on that page it says Michael Felger live 4:00 PM-7:00 PM.

More importantly, what he's saying is such nonsense, I'm sorry I turned it on. I wasn't tuned-in more than 30 seconds, when I heard:

"I read Mike Reiss's piece this morning quoting Harry Mannion and others, but I stand by what I said. Basically these arbratrations are unpredictable, because arbitrators don't go by the law, the use these cases to force settlements."

He cites the first T.O, arbitration, and then bungles the facts of the case.

That sportstalk radio is being irresponsible shouldn't surprise me.
