(2) seek certiorari in the Supreme Court (which is next to impossible; SCOTUS has better things to do, and I don't think there is a circuit split on law here that would give reason for SCOTUS to grant cert).

Have a friend who's one of those lawyers who's obsessed with SCOTUS and no fan of the Patriots, and he suggested the issues that it raises in terms of workplace discipline may be of interest to the Court.

This is about one thing and one thing only for the NFL and the U.S. Court systems.

Today's big business gives no ****s about morals, and is smart enough to know that there's no such thing as bad publicity.

The NFL isn't stupid here. They know that all this does is fuel the Patriots fire.

I saw earlier today that Brady remains the NFL's most marketable player this year. They KNOW that all this will do is increase Bradys support that's behind him. Again it's incredible BS, but it is what it is. This is nothing new.

Nope. The ruling decided that none of the other arguments had merit, so it doesn't have to go back to Berman.
