Coca cola is fine in moderation like nearly everything else. People aren't dying from Coke.

He is absolutely right. The amount of sugar people consume whether in the form of carbohydrates or actual sugar is just too much. Everything in moderation is a good place to start, its just that food companies make it so easy to access prepared "food" and most of the time these contain things like High Fructose corn syrup, which is practically poison and why there are so many diabetics nowadays,
