Tom Brady Can't Take A Hit?

Thought we were talking physically tough. He did get his jaw busted in a game, and IIRC, missed one play. Mentally, I don't think "happy feet" is indicitive of lacking toughness. Manning has spoken to this point of why he bounces around. Ever see a tennis player play flat footed? They tend to "keep on their toes", ready to move directions and react quickly to a situation. Now, I'm not saying Manning has great foot speed, but I think this is what he alluded to when describing his style in the pocket. I really don't think he's concerned about "looking cool" when say, lighting you guys up for five pass plays of 29 yards or more in your house on a Sunday Night.:D

Uh, if happy feet is used to his advantage, why do happy feet always precede his interceptions but never his good throws? Happy feet happen when he feels the pressure and panics. This isn't a mystery. He looked a LOT better last year than in previous years.

That's a pretty blanket statement. I am sure there are plenty of both. "When he gets Happy Feet, then he throws an INT" is IMO, not going to be a very accurate statement. Neither is "if he does NOT have Happy Feet, then he will not throw an INT".

However, I don't even think Elias keeps track of that stat.;)
