It wouldn't bother me too much to see Maroney put on the shelf for this coming game, if necessary. Sammy and Kevin should be able to carry the load in his absence.

Not so sure. I've seen good things from Morris, of course, but I think that he and Maroney have each benefited a lot from the presence of the other. I'd like to see Maroney dressed and taking a few snaps if only to help to keep the Stripes honest.

How does Maroney keep the Bengals honest by being dressed on the sidelines? If I'm a Bengal I whiff a tackle on Morris because Maroney is on the sidelines, but I bring Morris down for a loss if Maroney is in civvies on the sideline? What am I missing here?
