It is new in the sense of the format of opting to purchase two pre-determined regular season games while having to purchase one pre-season game. In prior years waitlisted members have been offered the opportunity to purchase up to 4 tickets to any regular season game while also purchasing the same number of tickets to a pre-season game or purchasing "standing room only tickets" for a full or half-season.
