Anderson, Hollister and Izzo are competing for our 3rd TE spot. I also could see this spot going to a draftee.

We need a #2 TE, probably from the draft.
Gronk is our #1, until he isn't. He'll make his decision soon. If he goes, the team will likely sign or trade for a starting TE, in addition to drafting one or two in the first four rounds.
