The couple applied for a marriage license in Maryland recently while resolving their differences that included her filing for a temporary protective order on Nov. 20, which she voluntarily withdrew on Tuesday in Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Suggs and Williams also reached a global resolution Tuesday on a custody agreement for their two minor children with details of the custody, visitation and child support pact sealed by the presiding judge for privacy issues at the request of both parties.
