These receivers HAVE to learn!

Somebody has got to tell these receivers to stop tipping the ball into the air if they can't make the catch. That's about the 6th INT because of this.

They're also getting hit from behind or the side a lot, and the throws are high or wide. It's not entirely their fault.

Brady hasn't been too good. He overthrows Davis on that deep route, underthrows Branch on that sideline route, throws two high balls to Givens where he's knocked from behind.

And Brady has had plenty of time.

They need to use Patrick Pass more to open up the passing game.

This isn't on Brady - it's on those receivers. He's putting the ball where his receiver can catch it, and they aren't. These aren't tough catches, they simply aren't maintaining focus. You have to be able to beat coverage or catch the ball in coverage when the WB puts it on your hands. And Davis looked slow on that first bomb - like he stumbled and lost his speed on the route.

On the INT the CB hit the ball as Givens got his hands on it. IF you would blame anyone you would put that on Brady for not getting the ball there with more zip before the CB gets there...BUT I wouldn't that way to picky. My point is it wasn't the receivers fault, that was just bad luck and good D by the CB.
