Patriots get Jet's #23, #34 and #86
Jets get Pats' #15, #46

My reasoning is that I don't think the Patriots are going QB in the first but they would be able to draft whoever they feel is the best of the tier 2 QB's with the 2nd pick of the 2nd round.

Would you do it?

If the Pats really feel comfortable with someone in the second tier of QB’s to be any more than just a developmental backup, then they would be better suited trading to the bottom of the first round and making the selection there to get the affordable fifth year option. But I’m not cool with helping the Jets get their guy in the process. Better to trade with someone else.

I like it. We get to pick earlier in round two and pick up an extra third.

I would do that in a heart beat.... #34 likely gets us Mond/Mills/Trask if we want. And #23...someone could surprisingly slide here with 5 QB's going off the board...we are talking about the 18th best non-QB.

a hunch: NO is (and should) draft a 2nd tier QB in the first. WASH is another possibility.

I could see New Orleans and Tampa taking a qb at the end of round one.
